Me, Caroline, Rachel, and Laura!Driving home last weekend I was overwhelmed with the changing fall foliage. I finally forced myself to accept the official end of summer and beginning of fall. That being said, my friends and I decided to take a trip yesterday to Saratoga Apple, an apple orchard located about 20 minutes from Skidmore. Between hot apple cider, freshly baked donuts, and gorgeous weather, it really was the perfect day!
